We can’t wait to welcome you to the Westin Alexandria Old Town, March 22, for our 60th Anniversary Gala. Tickets are sold out. If you wish to be placed on our waitlist, please contact Jane.Davis@BishopIreton.org. Below are some details to help you plan your evening.

 

Parking

Valet parking is available at the Westin at a cost of $15 daily/$25 overnight OR parking is available in the adjacent lot, USPTO parking garage for $5 for the evening. Parking in the garage is encouraged to help keep the hotel entrance clear for arrivals of 520 guests! See here for Map of parking.

 

Check-in

Check-in begins at the registration desk in the hotel lobby at 6:00pm. Here you will pick up your bidding card and and table number.

The evening program is as follows

Raffle Tickets

Purchase a raffle ticket on the night for $25 a ticket. Purchase to win one of our three incredible prizes.

 

Centerpieces

Come home with a beautiful centerpiece display of 24 red roses . Centerpieces are available for purchase at the event for $85.

 

Wine Pull

The wine pull is a game you can't lose with mystery bottles over $100 in value. Tickets are $25 for gold and $50 for premium with every bottle valued at $25 or more.

 

Seating

Every effort has been made to accommodate your seating preferences. All table purchases of 10 have guaranteed seating for 10 guests as assigned.  

 

Food and Beverage

Open bars will serve wine and beer for your enjoyment during the cocktail reception.

Wine will be served with dinner and cash bars will be open in the reception area for any other non wine beverage purchases.

 

Silent Auction

All items are featured in the online catalog which will open on March 13. Ten items are featured items (replacing what typically is LIVE). Some items (baskets and artwork) will be on display the night of the Gala. The silent auction will close one hour after the event at 12am.
