We can’t wait to welcome you to Bishop Ireton 60th Anniversary Gala on March 22, 2025!
The Gala will be hosted at the Westin Old Town Alexandria. This magical night comes together through our Bishop Ireton Advancement Team supported by our parent led Gala Committee.
This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.
All proceeds from the Gala and Auction go towards the Annual Fund.
Cocktail & Formal Attire

WHAT
This is a special evening with drinks, dinner, dessert, music and dancing. We will feature many silent and super silent auctions items as well as auction games. Alumni, parents and grandparents, parents of alumni and friends of Bishop Ireton are all welcome to join the fun and celebrate 60 years of Bishop Ireton while supporting the Annual Fund and looking towards our future!
WHY
Our annual Gala builds and provides for our community. This year, we celebrate as we mark our 60th Anniversary! Tuition alone does not cover all the expenses at Bishop Ireton. We strive to keep our tuition affordable and accessible to our families and rely on our Annual Fund to meet the costs of educating our students. All Gala proceeds go directly to enhancing the student experience, supporting the professional development of our teachers, and providing financial assistance for our families.

How Can I Help?
Attend
Purchase your ticket. Tickets will certainly sell out for this event so purchase your tickets now and take advantage of early bird pricing!

Donate
The generosity of the Bishop Ireton community makes our auctions successful! We have many ways for you to donate to or to sponsor our Gala:
Items
- Do you have a piece of jewelry, artwork, camping gear, a kitchen gadget, or any other item that you want to re-gift? No item is too small! We will find a way to incorporate your donation into our auction.
Things to Do
- Do you have a vacation home, timeshare vouchers, hotel points, sports tickets, concert tickets, or extra airline miles? Please consider donating them to the Gala!
Host a Sign-up Party or Experience
- Host a themed sign-up party! Examples of party ideas: “Bourbon, Beer & Brats,” “Wine & Painting,” “Moms, nails and cocktails”, “Margaritas & Nachos,” “Cupcakes & Bubbles,” “Moms Brunch,” or team up with some Bishop Ireton neighbors and host a progressive dinner!
Host an Experience
- Offer an experience or lesson! Past experiences have included music and craft lessons, cooking classes, Christmas card photoshoots, closet clean-outs, and fishing trips. Any skill can be turned into an experience for others to bid on.
Donate Gift Cards
- Do you have any extra gift cards, or would you consider purchasing some for donation to the Gala? We will pair them with other items or use them to purchase things for the Gala. All gift cards are welcome!
Baskets
- Our auction committee is busy putting together themed gift baskets. Purchase an Item of Amazon to help fill one of our baskets OR let us know if you would like to donate a themed basket.
