Arriving at the Club

Upon entering the Club property, inform the gate guard that you are participating in the Bishop Ireton Golf Classic. Then, follow the signs to the clubhouse and park in any available space. The golf valet and bag drop are located near the clubhouse entrance, where Club staff will assist with your clubs and guide you to the registration area, which will be set up in the main ballroom.

Tournament Information
The tournament will be held at TBD Club and will be a scramble format - all players tee off and select the best drive; all players then continue play from that position.

On Course Contests
Course Contests include Closest to the Pin, Long Drive, Cannon Shot, and Putting.

Raffles and Auction
Bidding on auction items and purchasing raffle tickets can be done before the tournament and during the evening program. All bidding will end at 8:00 PM. Auction winners will be notified by the Advancement Staff if they have won an item or items. Click Here to donate an item to the auction/raffle.

Forms of Payment Accepted
The Bishop Ireton Golf Classic accepts all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, and checks. Sponsorship and admission should be paid via the website or check/credit card prior to the tournament unless otherwise arranged with the Golf Committee and/or Advancement Office.

Volunteering
