Arriving at the Club

Upon entering the Club property, please inform the gate attendant that you are participating in the Bishop Ireton Golf Classic. Follow the posted signs to the clubhouse and park in any available space.

Golf valet and bag drop services will be available near the clubhouse entrance, where Club staff will assist with your clubs and direct you to registration area.

Tournament Information

The tournament will be played in a scramble format. All players will tee off, the team will select the best shot, and all players will continue play from that location until the hole is completed.

Raffles & Auction

Auction bidding and raffle ticket purchases will be available both before the tournament and during the evening reception.

All bidding will close at 7:15 PM on May 3, 2027. If you're unable to stay for the evening reception, a member of the Bishop Ireton Advancement Office will contact you regarding payment and item pick-up.

Sponsorships and registrations should be completed online or paid by check/credit card prior to the tournament unless other arrangements have been made with the Golf Committee or Advancement Office.
