We can’t wait to welcome you to Bishop Ireton on Saturday, March 2 for our Black and White Gala and Auction! Registration is now closed!

The Gala will be hosted in Murphy Hall at Bishop Ireton. This magical night comes together through our Bishop Ireton Advancement Team supported by our parent led Gala Committee.

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

All proceeds from the Gala and Auction go towards the Annual Fund.

Parking
Parking will be available in the lower parking lot on Cambridge Road by the event entrance (door 15) with overflow parking in the upper lot and on Cambridge Road.

Entrance
Please enter the school through the student entrance in the lower parking lot. 

Check in
Check in begins at 7:00pm. You will pick up your bidding card for the LIVE auction and have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets ($25 for an arms length) as well as participate in the Wine Pull (select wines at $25 and premium at $50). The wine pull is a game you can't lose with mystery bottles over $100 in value.

Please make sure you have a credit card on file to bid in the LIVE auction. You will receive a program on check in.

Seating

The event is designed for movement and fellowship! We have some assigned seating but mostly open seating in the tent and cocktail tables. 

Food and Drink

Open bars will serve wine and beer for your enjoyment.

Hot and cold Hors D'oeuvres will be served during the cocktail reception. 

A buffet dinner will be served

Dessert and coffee will be offered. 

Silent Auction

All items are featured in the online catalog. Some items (baskets and artwork) will be on display the night of the Gala.

LIVE Auction

Items 1-8 in the Catalog will be auctioned LIVE at the Gala. 

Bidding

You should have received a personal bidding link for the Silent Auction via text message and email. Bidding will remain open until 11:00 pm on Saturday, March 2. Winning bidders will be able to pick up items on, Wed, March 6, 7-9am OR Mon, March 11, 3-7pm at the Student Entrance at Bishop Ireton. Please plan accordingly.

Attire

Cocktail Attire. Black and White encouraged!
